If you ask me, I would say microwave radiation is completely harmless. It’s more about the culinary you use and the to-do safety list you follow.

  • Almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract

  • Green chillies

  • Step 4: It’s time to add all the spices- garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder, dry mango, red chilli powder salt, and chaat masala. Taste the flavour to be sure of it. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Step 5: Cut the pastry puff sheet into square shapes and equal parts.
  • Step 6: Spoon the filling in the middle of each pastry puff.
  • Step 7: Bring out the baking tray and brush it with butter.
  • Step 8: Gently place the pastry puffs on the tray and fold them from every end.
  • Step 9: Brush the pastry puffs with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
  • Step 10: Bake until they turn golden brown.

Here’s a Tip: You need no fancy dips and sauces to serve along. Only tomato ketchup. The crispy and butterfly baked veg puff can have variations in the fillings. Choose your favourite veggies.
